Lancelot Allcock died on Monday 7th May 1917, aged 20 years, and was buried in the ORCHARD DUMP CEMETERY, ARLEUX-EN-GOHELLE, Pas de Calais, France.
He was born c1897 at Annesley Woodhouse to parents Richard & Elizabeth Ann Allcock. Richard Allcock was a Coal Miner and a native of Annesley who married Elizabeth Ann Samon at Annesley in June 1892. At the time of her son's death Mrs. Allcock resided at 16 Reform Street, Annesley, Nottingham.
