Thomas Beardsmore died on Tuesday 3rd October 1916, aged 24 years, and was remembered on the THIEPVAL MEMORIAL, Somme, France.
He was born c1892 at Pinxton, Derbys, to parents Arthur & Elizabeth Beardsmore. Arthur Beardsmore was a Coal Miner by trade and the family had moved to Kirkby-in-Ashfield sometime between 1896 and 1900.
