Harry Betteridge died on Friday 6th April 1917, aged 24 years, and was buried in the LAHANA MILITARY CEMETERY, Greece.

He was the son of Henry and Ann Betteridge (nee Goacher), of 18 Victoria Terrace, Nuncagate, Nottingham.
