John Henry Bowskill died on Thursday, 22nd July 1915, aged 23 years, and was buried at SANCTUARY WOOD CEMETERY, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
He was born 1892 at Mansfield Woodhouse, Notts, to parents George & Hannah Bowskill. George Bowskill, a Farm Foreman, married Hannah Hewes at Mansfield Woodhouse in November 1891.
John Bowskill married Lucy Coleman in 1913, and they lived at 7 Hampden Street, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, prior to his death.
