Robert Brindley died on Wednesday 26th September 1917, aged 22 years, and was remembered on the TYNE COT MEMORIAL, Zonnebeke, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.

He was the son of John William and Phoebe Brindley, of 55 Sherwood Street, East Kirkby, Notts.
