Walter Harrison died on 30th November 1917, aged 36 years, and was remembered on the CAMBRAI MEMORIAL, LOUVERVAL, Nord, France. The Cambrai Memorial commemorates the soldiers who died in the battle of Cambrai in November/December 1917 and have no known grave.
He was the son of Mr & Mrs Charles Harrison, of 87 Low Moor Road, East Kirkby, Nottingham. His brother, George Harrison, died in the war the following year, but is not included on Kirkby's War Memorial.
