Walter Hobson died on 27th November 1918, aged 33 years, and was buried in KINGSWAY OLD CEMETERY, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Notts.
He was born c1885 at Thornby, Northampton to parents George & Agnes Hobson. George Hobson was a Farm Wagoner, and both parents were natives of Northamptonshire. Walter was also Husband of Mrs E. Hobson (later Mrs E Slack), who later resided at The Barley Mow Inn, Bonsall, Matlock.
