George Henry Huffen died on Sunday 25th October 1914, aged 27 years, and was buried in the YPRES TOWN CEMETERY, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
He was the son of Joseph and Jane Huffen, of Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Notts. He was also the husband of Mercy Elizabeth Huffen (later Petty), who resided at 1 Judd Cottages, Cottemore Lane, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey following her remarriage.
