Arthur Webster died on Sunday 29th August 1915, aged 20 years, and was buried in the ALEXANDRIA (CHATBY) MILITARY AND WAR MEMORIAL CEMETERY, Egypt.

He was born c1896/7 at Kirkby, to parents James & Phoebe Webster. James Webster was a Coal Miner and a native of Northamptonshire, who married Phoebe Garner at Kirkby in February 1894. At the time of his death his family lived at 13 Chapel Street, Nuncargate, Notts.
