William Henry Evans died on Friday 10 December 1915, age 18, and was buried in AZMAK CEMETERY, SUVLA, Turkey.

He was born on 25th September 1897 at Phoenix Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield. His parents were Joseph & Emma Evans. Joseph Evans, a Carter, married Emma Jepson at St Mary, Sutton-in-Ashfield in April 1895.

At the time of his death his home address was 95 Meden Bank, Stanton Hill, Notts.
