Hastings In loving memory of Sarah the beloved wife of George Hastings (Master Mariner) who died Nov 21st 1913 aged 46 years. We have sailed on together hand in hand and heart in heart both in fair and stormy weather and twas very hard to part. And of their eldest son, Private George Hastings of the Machine Gun Sections Leicester Regiment who was killed in action on the 14th of July 1916 near Memitz Wood France aged 22 years |
