John Leslie Buckland died on Friday 30th August 1918, Age 23, and was remembered on the VIS-EN-ARTOIS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France.
He was born c1895 at Sutton-in-Ashfield, and was the son of Tom G. & Jane M. Buckland. Tom Buckland was a Hosiery Manufacturer who was living at 12 Mount Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, at the time of the 1901 census, and also in 1918.
