Harry Dorn died on Tuesday 20 June 1916, Age 22, and was buried in the NORFOLK CEMETERY, BECORDEL-BECOURT, Somme, France.

He was baptised at Bulwell on 10th January 1894 to parents Benjamin and Alice Elizabeth Dorn. Benjamin Dorn was a Coal Miner, who was a native of Abingdon, Bucks. He married Alice Elizabeth Jeffries at Bulwell in November 1892.

He was the nephew of Mary Walter, of Grove Road, Forest Side, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts.
