Albert Dove died on 23rd July 1917, aged 27 or 30* years, and was buried in the COLOGNE SOUTHERN CEMETERY, Koln (Cologne), Nordrhein-Westfal, Germany.        

At the time of his death his family was living at 40 New Street Sutton. He was the husband of Lucy Dove (later Caunt), who later resided at 2 Edward Square, High Pavement, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts.
