Aaron Gannon died on Tuesday 4th July 1916, Age 17, and was buried in BETHUNE TOWN CEMETERY, Pas de Calais, France. 

He was born late in 1898 at Hucknall under Huthwaite, Notts, the son of Thomas Gannon and Eugienne (formerly Richards), who married at St Mary's Church, Sutton-in-Ashfield in January 1893. Thomas Gannon was a native of Clay Cross, Derbys. They lived at 1 Central Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts.
