Frederick Harrison died on Sunday 29 April 1917, Age 39, and was buried at DUD CORNER CEMETERY, LOOS, Pas de Calais, France.

He was born c1878 at Hucknall Torkard and was the son of Joseph and Catherine Harrison. Joseph Harrison was a Coal Miner, and a native of Wolverhampton, who married Catherine Coleman at St Mary's Church, Sutton, in April 1872. On the 1901 census the family were recorded living at Forest Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield.  

His brother Walter Harrison is also remembered on Sutton's War Memorial.

Frederick Harrison married Martha Ann Barrowcliffe at St Mary's Church, Sutton in July 1900. After his death Martha Ann Harrison was living at 31 Clumber Street, Shirebrook, Mansfield.
