Samuel Heath died on Saturday 25th September 1915, aged 19 years, and was remembered on the LOOS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France.

He was born on 16th April 1896 at Parliament Street, Sutton, to parents John William and Fanny Heath. John William Heath was a Coal Miner and a native of Huthwaite, who married Fanny Scott in 1892.
