Albert Victor Hewitt died on Friday 22nd March 1918, age 20, and was remembered on the ARRAS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France.

He was born c1898 at South Normanton, Derbys, to parents Ernest & Ethel Hewitt. Ernest Hewitt was a Farm Pump Driver, and a native of Bramcote, Notts, who married Ethel Elizabeth Evans in 1896. At the time of the 1901 census the family were living at Berrister Place, South Normanton, Derbys.
