Frank Hutchinson died on Saturday 20 July 1918, age 28, and was buried in MARFAUX BRITISH CEMETERY, Marne, France.

He was the son of John and Eliza Ellen Hutchinson, of 23 Russell Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, and the brother of Clarence Hutchinson, who is also commemorated on the memorial.

Prior to enlistment he lived with his wife at 150 Outram Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield. He left one child.

Hutchinson - On July 20th, 1918. Frank Hutchinson, Husband of Martha Ann Hutchinson, Son of Mr & Mrs J Hutchinson, 23 Russell Street, Sutton, died of wounds in France, aged 20 years. "Greater love hath no man; he gave his life for his friends."
