Percy Cyril Frank Hutchinson died on 26th April 1918, aged 28 years, and was buried in SUFFOLK CEMETERY, Heuvelland, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.

He was born 31st July 1889 at West End, Sutton-in-Ashfield, and was baptised in September 1890 as "Cyril Percy Frank Hutchinson" to parents John & Ellen Hutchinson. John Hutchinson was a Bricklayer and Mason. At the time of the 1901 census the family were living at Morley Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield.
