William Owen Morris died on Friday 19 April 1918, Age 41, and was buried at WIMEREUX COMMUNAL CEMETERY, Pas de Calais, France.
He was born on 8th December 1875 at Swan Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, and baptised the following year as John William Owen Morris. His parents were William & Amelia Morris. William Morris, a Bricklayer, married Amelia Butler at St Mary's Church, Sutton-in-Ashfield in July 1875.
He was also the husband of Alice Morris, of 12 Langford Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts.
