George Charles Kennedy Osborne died on Monday 25th March 1918, Age 20, and was remembered on the ARRAS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France.

He was born on 4th April 1897, the son of Joseph Kennedy and Frances Agnes Osborne, of 19 Redcliffe Street, New Cross, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts. Joseph Kennedy Osborne married Frances Agnes Ball at St Mary's Church, Sutton-in-Ashfield, in July 1892.

Mr & Mrs J. K. Osborne, 19 Redcliffe Street, Sutton, will be pleased to hear any news of their son, Lance Corporal George Kennedy Osborne, 291735 of the 1/7th Northumberland Fusiliers. Formerly in the Notts/Derbys., he has been reported missing since March 24th 1918. He is 21 years of age and since the date named no news has been received from him. If any comrade can give his parents any information they will be deeply grateful.
