Horace Webster died on Thursday 6th December 1917, Age 24, and is remembered on the CAMBRAI MEMORIAL, LOUVERVAL, Nord, France.

He was born c1892/3 on Stoney Street, Sutton, to parents William and Emma Webster. William Webster was a Hosiery Factory Hand, who married Emma Sheppard at St Mary's church, Sutton, in December 1877. On the 1901 census William Webster and his family were living at Dalestorth Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Horace Webster was also the husband of Mary Ellen Webster, of George Street, Sutton Road, Huthwaite.
