Tom Willoughby died on Sunday 31st March 1918, aged 22, and was buried in the MONS COMMUNAL CEMETERY, Mons, Hainaut, Belgium.

He was the husband of Mrs Winifred May Willoughby, of 37 Club Street, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts.
