Eric Burns died on 25th March 1941, aged 20 years, and was buried in KRANJI WAR CEMETERY, Singapore.
He was the son of William Thomas Burns and Mary Burns, and the husband of Enid Burns, of Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.
