Henry Meakin died on Tuesday 2nd June 1942, Age 26, and was buried in RHEINBERG WAR CEMETERY, Germany.

He was the son of William Henry and Margaret Beatrice Meakin, of Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
