Thomas Ward Smith died on Friday 13 December 1940, Age 24, and was buried in SUTTON-IN-ASHFIELD CEMETERY, Nottinghamshire, on 19th December 1940. (Grave Ref A ext 8160)
He was the son of Albert and Betsy Smith, of 98 Collins Avenue, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts. The Cemetery burial register records his name as Thomas Ward-Smith.
