Frederick Froggatt died on Friday 12th April 1918, aged 22 years, and was remembered on the POZIERES MEMORIAL, Somme, France.
He was born at Teversal c1896, to parents George and Ellen Froggatt. George Froggatt was a Railway Engine Driver, and a native of Duckmanton, Derbys. On the 1901 census the family lived at Silverhill Cottages, Teversal. At the time of Frederick's death, their address was 6 Glen Street, Stoneyford Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield.
