Parish Registers
St Katherine's parish registers date from 1571 for baptisms and burials, and from 1572 for marriages. Bishops Transcripts cover from 1600-1858, with a number of gaps
Microfiche copies of the registers up to 1900 are held at Nottingham Archives and the libraries at Sutton, Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse and Nottingham.
Teversal's marriages are included on Boyd's Marriage Index, covering 1651-1675, and Phillimore's Marriage Transcript covering 1561-1837.
